• Return Policy
• All Sales are Final except for damaged or defective items. A return authorization number must be issued before sending a item back. All orders are inspected and delivered to Shipper in original manufacturers condition. If any shipping box and item ordered is damaged you must contact Guitar Road within 2 business days so we can file a damage claim and send you a replacement as soon as possible. Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer. All Damaged or Defective items must be returned in their original condition inside all their original packaging, any item not returned in it's original packaging will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed.
